NLP techniques to accelerate learning

I'm on turbo drive, researching various NLP techniques to facilitate adult learning.

To get into a truly ready state for learning, one needs to be emotionally receptive -- free of limiting beliefs.

Many of these limiting beliefs took root in school. For example, being humiliated in class for being too soft when reciting poetry or making a grammatical error could surface as a fear of public speaking in later years.

One could use disassociation, the swish or a belief change to rid one of emotional baggage standing in the way of learning.

Another challenge to learning is one's state of mind when one is either too excited, stressed or bored. NLP anchors can help put one into the right learning state.

Do add suggestions and techniques you use to help adult learners.

Thanks
